Hepatitis Day in Delhi Schools

An start was taken to raise the perception level among the school children of Delhi regarding feared infections of the liver like Hepatitis and furthermore about wellbeing matters like organ donation on December 4th — Hepatitis Day. The production was held at the Maulana Azad health school and was organised by the Delhi Government’s Department of Family Welfare. The initiative was assisted by G.B. Pant clinic and school. This makes a allotment of sense as almost 45 million Indians suffer from Hepatitis B and 15 million from Hepatitis C that lead to liver malfunction and cancerous disease. In detail the number of noted killings due to Hepatitis B in a year is more than that of AIDS!! young kids were also educated about the importance of body part donation with regards to saving human lives.
