When I began educating
my children the letters as Toddlers I found that using Alphabet Coloring sheets
was one of the most productive way to teach the notes of the letters to my
young kids. I currently knew that they loved to color, so why not educate them the
notes in a way that I know will contain their focus more than 2 minutes. So,
I begun printing off letters coloring pages from the internet and I was off
to start teaching my young kids the alphabet.
My young Preschoolers-To-Be
had no concept that they were going to start a Lesson. For all they knew they were
going to have fun tinting…. and they were right.
While my children were
tinting I would talk to them about the notes they were coloring. Here
are a few demonstrations of some things I would converse about with my young kids
while they were tinting:
The note
"S" sounds like ssssss…..?
What nourishment
begins with the note "A"?
Can you
point to an object in the dwelling room that begins with the note you
are tinting?
